An employer in Loveland, CO is looking for an HR Data Administrator to join their team. This person will process high volumes of data transactions to support a variety of stakeholders. They will also support a variety of inquiries received by telephone or the case management system from Employees, Supervisors and HR colleagues in relation to HR or Payroll Policies and Processes. They will also perform all job-event HR transactional and data changes accurately and efficiently. Critical thinking and ability to investigate is required. This person will work closely with HR business partners including onboarding and employee support.
Required Skills & Experience
* 2-3 years of data entry experience
* Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
* SharePoint knowledge
* Ability to work on a team and strong communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
